We hope we can answer all your questions you might have. We look forward to helping with your special event. We’re located in Bend, Oregon.
1. Is there a minimum?
Yes. A minimum rental of $150 is required for a la carte pickup items.
A minimum rental of $200 is required for requested delivery.
2. Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. A minimum rental of $200 is required for requested delivery within 30 miles of Bend, Oregon. Delivery fees are assessed per rental request based on mileage and items. If you are further than 30 miles from Bend, please inquire if you would like a quote.
3. Do you ship your rentals?
Unfortunately no. Most all of our items are vintage, breakable and unique so we try to keep them as safe as possible.
4. How do I rent items?
We try to make this simple! Shop our inventory pages, add items and quantities to your cart, when you are done shopping simply checkout. Once your order is submitted we’ll review your order and if all of your requested items are available, we will then create a contract and require 50% of the total to reserve the items for your date. If your requested items value less than $200, we ask for payment in full at the time of booking. We reserve items on a first come first serve basis. If there is a need to cancel an item or your entire order after deposit, your deposit is non-refundable as most items are unique and if they were on reserve for you, we were unable to rent them to other patrons.
5. How long is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is 4 days. Typically, this is Thursday through Monday. If you should need the items longer, please inquire.
6. What if I don’t bring the items back on time?
Items are to be returned on time. If advanced arrangements have not been made you will be charged a $50 late fee. If the items are not back within 24 hours of when originally scheduled and no other arrangements have been made, you will be charged full replacement value for all of the items. We need these precious days between weekends to inventory, clean and repackage for the next event!
7. What if I break an item?
Each item is valued with a replacement value on your contract. We require a credit card to be on file at the time of rental. If an item breaks, you will be charged the replacement value in addition to the rental cost.
8. Do you offer discounts?
