1. Is there a minimum?
Yes. A minimum rental of $150 is required.
2. Do you ship your rentals?
Unfortunately no. We’re based in Bend, Oregon but serve most of the state from Portland to Eugene. Most all of our items are vintage, breakable and unique so we try to keep them as safe as possible.
3. How do I rent items?
We try to make this simple! Shop our inventory pages, add items and quantities to your cart, when you are done shopping simply checkout. Once your order is submitted we’ll contact you. If all of your requested items are available and you would like to reserve them, we will then create a contract and require 50% of the total to reserve the items for your date. If your requested items value less than $200, we ask for payment in full at the time of booking. We reserve items on a first come first serve basis. If there is a need to cancel an item or your entire order after deposit, your deposit is non-refundable as most items are unique and if they were on reserve for you, we were unable to rent them to other patrons.
4. How long is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is 4 days. Typically, this is Thursday through Monday, but we are a little flexible to accommodate the days that work best for you. If you should need the items longer, please inquire.
5. What if I don’t bring the items back on time?
Items are to be returned on time. If advanced arrangements have not been made you will be charged a $50 late fee. If the items are not back within 24 hours of when originally scheduled and no other arrangements have been made, you will be charged full replacement value for all of the items. We need these precious days between weekends to inventory, clean and repackage for the next event!
6. What if I break an item?
Each item is valued with a replacement value on your contract. We require a credit card to be on file at the time of rental. If an item breaks, you will be charged the replacement value in addition to the rental cost.
7. Do you deliver?
Yes, with a minimum of a $200 rental for local deliveries within 30 miles of Bend, Oregon. We do charge a delivery fee depending on mileage and items. Please inquire if you would like a quote.
8. Do you offer discounts?
Oh fiddlesticks, no.
